The Payments Council has announced that cheques will continue for as long as customers need them and the target for possible closure of the cheque clearing in 2018 has been cancelled.  The Payments Council Board will continue to focus on security, efficiency and encouraging innovation in all types of payments to ensure customers have options best suited to the 21st century.

Untrimmed Paper Formats – All A and B series formats described previously are trimmed paper end sizes – i.e. the size when delivered to the end user or client. Other ISO standards define the format series RA and SRA for untrimmed raw paper which is normally the size when received by the printers. These sizes are useful to know when planning up your print projects.

Disabled entrance work in progress

Although we have been here for over 10 years, the building has been constantly evolving. More recently we have been having a complete face lift, new fascia boards are being installed next week. Our new disabled entrance and ramp has been completed today & the builders  fence removed at last.

It will be lovely being able to welcome clients through our new entrance, into a much brighter & lighter reception area. We do hope that the ease of entry will be beneficial but wonder whether the new regulations regarding disabled access sometimes goes a little too far. What do you think?
